Overview:
To provide a high standard of service to the customer. Dealing with sales team & customers, maintaining timely execution of approved orders in co-ordination with warehouse team – having weekly review meeting with sales & warehouse team – following up for completion of orders
Responsibilities:
Execution of Approved orders on timely basis in coordination with warehouse team & Sales team
Ensure proper & timely teamwork from all the team members.
Generate timely reports, and regular follow ups with respective team members
Having regular meetings with concerned team members for timely execution of approved orders
Familiar with laws, regulations and ISO requirements as they apply to logistics
Good computer skills especially working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software – SAP preferable
Good decision-making skills
Respond to clients for information about orders under execution
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Keep all the Company’s information confidential.
Comply with company’s data integrity and security policies.
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
Maintaining and updating an extensive Client Database
Liaison between Sales Manager and all other internal teams
Point of contact for potential customers
To coordinate and monitor activities and schedules with both internal and external clients.
To facilitate flow of products between Logistics and Sales Team
Must be able to provide internal and external customer support at all levels pre and post sale.

Higher Secondary School Education or equivalent
Should be proficient in supporting pre and post sales activities.
Good administrative and customer service skills
A team leader with excellent communication and computer skills
Good command of English both oral and written
Communication Skills & Ability to research and collect data
Acceptable level of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of logistics software and incoterms
Experience working with electronic data - SAP experience must
Knowledge of customs procedures
Great communication & Problem-solving skills.
Critical thinking abilities and time management skills
