Manager – Post Accounts – Logistics / Sales DBMSC Steel FZCO

Overview:

To provide a high standard of service to the customer. Dealing with sales team & customers, maintaining timely execution of approved orders in co-ordination with warehouse team – having weekly review meeting with sales & warehouse team – following up for completion of orders

Responsibilities:

• Execution of Approved orders on timely basis in coordination with warehouse team & Sales team

• Ensure proper & timely teamwork from all the team members.

• Generate timely reports, and regular follow ups with respective team members

• Having regular meetings with concerned team members for timely execution of approved orders

• Familiar with laws, regulations and ISO requirements as they apply to logistics

• Good computer skills especially working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software – SAP preferable

• Good decision-making skills

• Respond to clients for information about orders under execution

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Keep all the Company’s information confidential.

• Comply with company’s data integrity and security policies.

• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.

• Maintaining and updating an extensive Client Database

• Liaison between Sales Manager and all other internal teams

• Point of contact for potential customers

• To coordinate and monitor activities and schedules with both internal and external clients.

• To facilitate flow of products between Logistics and Sales Team

• Must be able to provide internal and external customer support at all levels pre and post sale.
