Overview - The Project Manager will lead and coordinate end-to-end projects (for example: new production line installations, coating system rollouts, facility upgrades or customer-specific solutions) within the Middle East region. They will ensure timely delivery, cost control, safety requirements, quality assurance, stakeholder alignment, and alignment with Beckers global standards and sustainability objectives.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timeline in collaboration with stakeholders (internal: operations, R&D, supply chain, regional business unit; external: contractors, vendors, clients and consultants)
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resourcing, budget estimates, risk registers, and communication plans
• Lead cross-functional project teams (engineering, procurement, production, QC, HSE) to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the required quality
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify issues or deviations, drive corrective actions and escalate when necessary
• Ensure compliance with Beckers corporate standards (HSE, sustainability, quality, regulatory, BLPS) and local regulatory requirements
• Manage stakeholder engagement: keep senior leadership, business unit heads and external partners informed of status, risks and opportunities
• Facilitate change management: ensure hand-over from project to operations is smooth, documentation is complete, staff training is delivered and benefits are realised
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery: adopt best practices, post-implementation reviews, lessons learned capture
• Where applicable, manage multiple concurrent projects in the region, ensuring prioritisation and resource optimisation

• Effective communicator: clear, concise and persuasive in both written and verbal formats
• To be fully competent in the use of IT systems and software including; Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and etc.
