Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership

Serve as a senior, customer-facing technical leader for enterprise AI deployments.

Act as the primary technical advisor to government and enterprise stakeholders, guiding architecture decisions and implementation strategies.

Lead executive-level architecture discussions, solution reviews, and deployment planning.

Translate complex business and operational needs into scalable, secure AI platform solutions.

AI Platform & Workspace Administration

Design and implement enterprise-grade AI deployments, including:

o Workspace provisioning

o User, role, and access management

o Security controls, governance, and audit readiness

Partner with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure deployments meet UAE government and enterprise security standards.

Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing optimization of customer environments.

Solution Design & Implementation

Architect and build custom connectors, including MCP-based integrations, APIs, and event-driven workflows.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise system connectors integrating AI solutions with internal platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, data platforms, document systems).

Partner closely with engineering teams to define:

o Integration standards

o APIs, SDKs, and extensibility models

o Reusable patterns for scale

Oversee development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of integrations in production environments.

Identify and prioritize high-impact integration opportunities that unlock automation, insights, and AI-driven workflows.

Act as product owner for connectors: defining requirements, success metrics, and release priorities.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with enterprise clients, PMO teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions to validate product functionality.

Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Monitor product usage and performance, gathering insights for iterative improvements.

Research emerging integration technologies and tools to enhance connectors capabilities.

Drive adoption of connectors across enterprise programs and portfolios.

Explore emerging integration technologies, including event-driven architectures, MCP, and A2A interoperability
