Lead the development and execution of the company s long-term goals, growth, profit and return on investment, acting as senior executive responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's operations and performance under delegated authority of the BOD by:

Lead the execution of the company strategy and plans defined by the BOD, while driving the company's growth and profitability and ensuring that it meets its strategic goals.

Managing the company's resources, operations, and personnel to ensure that it operates efficiently toward goals.

Oversee the assets & business excellence strategy by providing directions and advice on strategic priorities and its related implementation plans and advising the Board on issues relating to Contract Plants (SWIP, RO, CERTP) efficiency, and the project delivery strategy and the execution thereof.

Responsible for portfolio Profit & Loss and ensures commercial optimization of its assets to maximize profitability. The accountability for the full P&L of the assets in question, includes the management of OPEX, CAPEX, Cashflows, EBTIDA and Net Profits.

Oversee the corporate services ensuring the right direction and support the day-to-day operations of the company with overall responsibility of the profit and loss and portfolio risk.

Representing the company to the public, investors, and other stakeholders.

The position will operate in alignment with Majis mission, vision, values, and strategies, as well as the company s governance framework, policies, and guidelines. It will adhere to international standards, be supported by an IT technology platform, comply with local and international HSE standards, and observe the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. The role will also follow other legal requirements and best international practices, ensuring alignment with national objectives.

Scope of Work:

A. Assets Management, Projects, Technical Support and HSE:

1. Assets Management: Planning, control and report on assets performance under JV O&M solutions, including its efficiency and quality standards:

Sea Water Intake Plant (SWIP)

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant

Central Effluent Treatment and Recycling Plant CETRP

Utilities & Pipelines (full network)

2. Projects and Technical Support: Project Management for end-to-end cycle of EPC Projects and turnarounds and technical engineering support services:

Design and construction of new Treatment / Processing unit / Assets

Upgrade or modernization equipment

Implementation of new technologies

Process optimization

Safety improvements

Work with current Partners (JV O&M)

3. HSE Services

Measures, environmental protection initiatives, quality control systems, and risk management strategies

HSE performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)

HSE compliance with regulations

HSE policies and procedures, hazard identification, risk assessments, and emergency response plans

B. Commercial Management

4. Business Development: Drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in Oman and abroad for industrial water utility solutions sector and others where applicable:

Business intelligence and market analysis

Opportunities through technical and economic assessments

Relationships development with prospective clients and strategic partners

Business negotiation and finalize contracts to expand the company s portfolio

5. Clients Management: Responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with existing B2B clients under long-term contracts (15 20 years) to achieve the targeted growth:

Marketing intelligence to anticipate client needs and market trends

Client requirements and operational impacts

Solutions supported by detailed technical information

Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and delivery schedules

Service quality and address client concerns promptly

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Strategy Formation & Direction:

Lead the formulation and execution of the Company s vision, strategy, and business plans in alignment with the Board of Directors (BOD) and Executive Leadership.

Oversee strategic and operational performance to ensure effective delivery of agreed business plans and short-term objectives.

Monitor and manage corporate risks, ensuring timely and effective mitigation measures are implemented.

Recommend policies and strategic plans to the BOD and ensure robust internal controls and management information systems are in place.

Contribute to shaping and refining the Company s vision, strategy, and direction, supporting sound corporate decision-making to maximize short-, medium-, and long-term profitability and shareholder returns.

Develop and oversee the portfolio strategy in line with BOD directives, ensuring strategic alignment across all assets
