• Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate immediately.
• Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., cloud computing, networking, data centers, cybersecurity) to effectively market technical solutions.
• A strong interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand and translate complex IT infrastructure concepts into clear, customer-centric marketing messages.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills in required languages.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital Tools: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing software, social media management, and web analytics.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the creativity to develop innovative campaigns and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• B2B Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing modes to generate qualified leads and pipeline for our IT infrastructure solutions (e.g., cloud services, data centers, cybersecurity, networking).
• Lead Generation: Generate and manage IT infrastructure Leads from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring adherence to budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead Nurturing & Sales Alignment: Work closely with the tech team to ensure marketing efforts align with technical objectives, track lead quality, and manage the handoff of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the technical pipeline.
• Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and new opportunities to position company offerings effectively in the Riyadh market.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reports to management.
• Promotional Activities: Plan and coordinate promotional activities, webinars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product development team, designers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with business goals.
• Localization: Ensure all messaging and campaigns are culturally relevant and resonant for the local Saudi Arabian audience.
