الأدوار والمسؤوليات
A) Project Coordination:
- Understand project briefs and ensure they are clearly communicated to the creative/design team.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams (designers, copywriters, developers) to ensure timely execution.
- Track progress across multiple projects, flag delays, and assist in resolving roadblocks.
- Maintain project timelines and update trackers regularly.
B) Content and campaign support:
- Support the creation and rollout of monthly social media content calendars and digital campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing assets are delivered accurately and aligned with brand guidelines.
C) Status reporting:
- Provide weekly project status updates to the reporting manager.
- Maintain a clear overview of active, upcoming, and completed tasks.
D) Quality control:
- Review deliverables for consistency and attention to detail before client/internal submission.

- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Prior agency experience is a strong advantage.
- Interest or familiarity with branding, digital campaigns, websites, and social media.
- Knowledge of tools like Asana is a bonus.
