We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our office in Algiers. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, your role will be to adapt our global marketing strategy to the local market and develop Yassir's brand awareness and business. You will plan and manage digital and OOH campaigns, be responsible for market research and competitive benchmarking, as well as our clients' promotional plans.

Responsabilit s

• Developing brand awareness and acquiring new customers: adapting the marketing strategy and acquisition channels to the local market.
• Collaborating with the international team on local content strategies, market positioning, acquisition offers and driving growth.
• Management of offline campaigns (radio, billboards, TV, POS and street marketing). Performance analysis.
• Manage marketing and market research to obtain the information necessary for the development of Yassir's business.
• assess the competition in order to determine new practices and strategies;
• develop a sales and marketing plan to increase user purchase frequency and loyalty.
• SMS, email and push notification campaigns.
• Build a strong social media presence by creating engagement and love for the brand
• Analysis and monitoring of animations with continuous A/B testing
• Close collaboration with the design team for the implementation of communications: briefs, follow-up & deliverables.
• Working closely with local sales, customer success, and operations departments
• Team management of 3 people
