You’ll take the wheel on all things marketing across EMEA and APAC; crafting campaigns, building brand awareness, and helping position us as the global partner for top supply chain talent.

Your day-to-day might look a little like this:

  • Own our regional marketing strategy: from concept to campaign to conversion.
  • Create compelling content: thought leadership, client spotlights, video snippets, and irresistible posts that make execs stop scrolling.
  • Amplify our digital presence: manage LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and regional marketing initiatives with flair.
  • Collaborate globally: partner with consultants, and leadership teams across time zones to bring stories to life.
  • Champion data-driven creativity: track campaign performance, test new ideas, and bring insights that turn curiosity into candidates.
  • Elevate our employer brand: showcase what makes our culture unique and why people love working with us.

You’re not afraid to experiment, you love connecting dots across cultures, and you know that great marketing isn’t about shouting louder; it’s about speaking smarter.

Here’s what makes you stand out:

  • You’ve got 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, recruitment, or professional services.
  • You understand brand positioning, digital marketing, and content storytelling.
  • You’re savvy with digital tools and you know when to pivot from data to design.
  • You can adapt your tone to speak fluently to audiences in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, balancing global consistency with local nuance.
  • You thrive in a remote-first environment; you’re proactive, communicative, and self-motivated.
