الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for Mall of Al Ain and associated retail, leisure, and recreation assets.
Lead asset repositioning and redevelopment marketing, including pre-launch, transition, and post-relaunch campaigns.
Plan and deliver integrated 360° campaigns (digital, events, PR, media, activations) to drive footfall, dwell time, spend, and customer loyalty.
Manage marketing support for new tenant launches, entertainment concepts, and phased redevelopment projects.
Oversee all campaigns, events, and experiential activations, ensuring they are commercially effective and aligned with brand and operational objectives.
Drive customer engagement initiatives using insights, footfall data, and performance metrics to enhance overall mall experience.
Act as the main marketing partner for tenants, anchors, and leisure operators, driving joint campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Leasing, Operations, Development, Asset Management) to align marketing with commercial and operational goals.
Manage digital platforms, social media, PR, influencer engagement, and media partnerships to strengthen brand positioning.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior insights to inform strategy and tenant mix decisions.
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation, ROI tracking, and cost optimization.
Monitor campaign performance through sales and footfall analysis, providing actionable insights and improvements.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, governance standards, and audit requirements.
Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Drive community engagement, CSR initiatives, and placemaking strategies to position the mall as a key lifestyle destination.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
7–10 years of marketing experience within shopping malls, with at least 5 years in the GCC.
Proven experience in mall redevelopment, repositioning, and new concept launches.
Strong background in campaigns, events, PR, digital marketing, and tenant-led activations.
Experience working with retail, F&B, entertainment, or leisure-driven destinations.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activities to revenue, footfall, and customer engagement.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with tenants, internal departments, and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple projects, assets, and timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, ROI measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Creative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to execute both strategy and hands-on delivery.
