We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives for our real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand presence, producing high-quality content, and driving digital engagement to support our agents and expand our market reach.


1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to attract potential buyers and sellers in a competitive real estate market.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, demographics, and competitive analysis that inform marketing tactics and property positioning.

2. Content Creation

  • Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and property listings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee photography, videography, and graphic design for property marketing and brand collateral.
  • Produce compelling content for social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, property listings, and promotional materials.
  • Create marketing templates and toolkits for agents.

3. Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and grow the company’s online community.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement.

4. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising, to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, property portals).
  • Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to improve website visibility and traffic.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and CRM-based nurturing sequences.

5. Branding & Creative Direction

  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and external vendors when needed.
  • Maintain marketing materials, signage, and promotional items.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to secure coverage and enhance brand reputation.

6. Agent Support & Internal Marketing

  • Assist real estate agents with personal branding, listing promotions, and lead-generation tools.
  • Organize marketing training sessions and provide best practices.
  • Coordinate open houses, property tours, and promotional events to generate interest and foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to create compelling property presentations and enhance sales collateral that effectively communicates value.

7. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular performance reports on campaign outcomes and marketing KPIs.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in real estate or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and generating qualified leads in real estate.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate marketing strategies and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace change as the real estate market evolves.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus for engaging diverse client bases.
