  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media channels.

  • Manage product enquiries via social media including but not limited to Meta, Instagram WhatsApp professionally and promptly.

  • Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.

  • Showcase customer testimonials to strengthen brand credibility.

  • Cover and promote events, exhibitions, and brand campaigns online.

  • Monitor trends in luxury jewelry and social media to produce relevant content.

  • Collaborate with designers, sales and marketing teams to create high-quality visuals.

  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.

  • Build and engage with a loyal online community, responding to comments and messages.

  • Track competitor activity and implement best practices to enhance the brand’s digital presence.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, especially Meta (Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp), LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

  • Strong content creation skills: video production, graphic design, and storytelling.

  • Experience executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns and broadcast messaging.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of luxury jewelry trends and audience preferences.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

  • Passion for luxury jewelry and lifestyle branding.

  • Language known: English & Hindi.

  • Increase social media follower base, engagement, and reach.

  • Effectively manage product enquiries and customer interactions.

  • Execute successful WhatsApp marketing campaigns to boost engagement and sales.

  • Showcase customer testimonials to build brand trust.

  • Ensure comprehensive social media coverage for all events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
