1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Support the Marketing Manager with data collection and marketing insights.

2. Graphic Design & Creative Work

• Create designs for digital and print materials including social media posts, brochures, banners, flyers, product sheets, presentations, and internal branding.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all materials follow brand identity.
• Coordinate with external designers or agencies when needed.
• Prepare visuals for events, exhibitions, and new product launches.

3. Marketing Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for different product lines.
• Prepare campaign calendars, timelines, and content plans.
• Support lead generation activities through content creation and campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.

4. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Create digital marketing content (posts, stories, videos, short reels).
• Track and report social media engagement and performance analytics.
• Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) in coordination with the Marketing Manager.

5. Event & Exhibition Support

• Coordinate branding materials, giveaways, and designs for exhibitions, seminars, and corporate events.
• Support logistics and preparation for events with internal stakeholders and vendors.

6. Content Development

• Assist in writing and editing marketing content such as posts, product descriptions, newsletters, and website content.
• Prepare product presentations, company profiles, and case studies.

7. Internal Communication Support

• Prepare internal announcements, performance campaigns, and culture-related designs.
• Collaborate with HR for employer branding materials when required.
