Participate in the control and validation of the construction plan.

• Participate in the formalization of all documents related to testing, commissioning & start-up.
• Participate in monitoring the project implementation schedule.
• Participate in the overall physical progress of the project activities.
• Participate in the inspection and testing of project equipment on site.
• Participate in monitoring hydrostatic tests of collection and service lines and of finished product evacuation lines (Gas, Crude, Condensate on site).
• Participate in finalizing the project equipment files on site.
• Participate in monitoring the application of instructions from bodies responsible for technical & regulatory controls (DPEM, ARH, CTC, ONML) by the contractor.
• Participate in monitoring the application of HSE procedures on the construction site.
• Control the implementation of temporary infrastructure related to construction (camps & means of carrying out the work).
• To ensure the monitoring and control of the construction and assembly work of industrial facilities and the acceptance of equipment.
