Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Membership and valid classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers (preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic with good command of English.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting system design and supervision.
• Skilled in AutoCAD MEP, HAP (Carrier or Hourly Analysis Program), and Revit MEP (preferred).
• Familiar with Saudi and international codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC).
• Experience preparing construction drawings, bills of quantities, and technical specifications.
• Strong background in designing fire protection and piping systems.
• Experience with government or large-scale projects is a plus.
