Site Supervision: Oversee the mechanical works on-site, ensuring all activities are carried out according to plans and specifications.
Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of mechanical installations.
Quality Control: Monitor the installation of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) for compliance with standards and project specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, proposing solutions for mechanical systems that may arise during the construction phase.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs, reports, and track progress; ensure proper documentation for mechanical work as required.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical site engineering, with a strong background in construction projects.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.), with hands-on experience in installation and maintenance.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
