الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Manage,supervise, and monitor the installation of Smoke Management Systems including smoke extract fans, pressurization fans, ducting, dampers, and control interfaces.
  • Review design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DCD, NFPA, etc.).
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update the project manager.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of smoke management and pressurization systems.
  • Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely closure of site-related concerns.
  • Ensure all installations follow safety protocols and approved quality standards.
  • Attend project meetings and assist in documentation for Civil Defense inspections and approvals.
  • Support in preparing as-built drawings and handing-over documentation

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Smoke Management / Fire Protection / MEP Projects.

· Strong knowledge of DCD, NFPA 92, and related fire & life safety standards.

· Experience with T&C of smoke extract, stair pressurization, and car park ventilation systems.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· UAE experience required; Civil Defense certification is an added advantage.

· Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
