Job Title: Media Director

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Media Director to lead client portfolios and drive business growth. The Media Director will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, designing and implementing holistic media and digital strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. This role involves nurturing existing relationships, spearheading new business pitches, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns in partnership with internal teams. The ideal candidate is client-focused, strategically sharp, digitally fluent, and capable of inspiring both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client relationships, ensuring business objectives are translated into effective media and communication strategies.

Develop comprehensive media strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms, with a strong digital-first approach.

Manage and grow client accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling of services.

Drive new business efforts through strategic proposals and compelling pitches.

Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and measurable ROI.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the media team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Stay updated on industry trends, including AI, automation, and emerging advertising technologies, to maintain a competitive edge.

Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and reporting processes to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy within a leading agency or similar environment.

Proven track record in managing senior client relationships and delivering business growth.

Expertise in digital-first media strategies, programmatic buying, paid social, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in pitching and winning new business.

Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in ad platforms, analytics, AI tools, and marketing technology stacks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence both internally and externally.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
