Your mission:

Execute the medical strategy to develop brand prescription and recommendation by healthcare professionals, in order to increase sales

• To ensure the development of the brand image, the prescription and the recommendation of the brands
  • Visit targeted doctors in your area and present the brand's products and services to them in order to develop prescriptions and a holistic approach to the patient.
  • Promote the added value of brands by highlighting the technical and scientific characteristics of products and services
  • Understanding the environment, pathologies, products, and communication techniques useful for promoting products and services
  • Represent the brand/Division at all types of events with healthcare professionals and ensure follow-up (congresses, continuing medical education, etc.)
• Implement the medical visit strategy:
  • Respect target coverage, visit frequency, and product cycles.
  • Systematically use the promotional tools available (advertising materials, brochures, publications)
  • Use all available communication channels to increase frequency and personalize messages
  • Implement communication techniques to adapt to the doctor's needs and personalize their approach
  • Verify the availability and proper dispensing of products in pharmacies/drugstores near prescribers
  • Ensure synergy with the sales teams in order to develop sell-out
• Analyze your sector and propose sector-specific action plans with a focus on return on investment.
  • Analyze your own results and those of your competitors
  • Implement corrective action and development plans
• Managing administrative activities and reporting
  • Organize and optimize your visit schedules
  • Mastering and using activity tracking tools (CRM/CLM platform)
  • Prepare for visits and ensure qualitative and quantitative reporting of activity.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external ethical standards regarding relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Reporting adverse effects to the cosm tovigilance system
