MAIN TASKS OF THE POSITION:

• Plan, prepare and manage medical visits in accordance with the targets identified within the framework of the promotional strategy, and with the visit frequencies set within the framework of the territorial action plan.
• Present and disseminate information on the company's products in accordance with the defined marketing/medical messages and guidelines, through the organization of information, promotion and advice meetings with healthcare professionals;
• To develop and maintain professional and ethical relationships with healthcare professionals,
• To ensure responses to objections and questions from healthcare professionals regarding the products presented, in accordance with marketing guidelines.
• Comply with medical visits as part of coaching (duo outings).
• Conduct competitive intelligence.
• To manage and update the client portfolio, prospect for and identify potential clients.
• Participate in the development of the territorial action plan and propose adjustments based on the objectives set.
• Regularly update the data in the various reports and the CRM data.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:

To use scientific and medical knowledge to inform, promote and answer questions from healthcare professionals and to assess their needs.

Explain the characteristics and proper use of the products according to the needs of the healthcare professional and the competition.

Mastering communication techniques and tools.

Use and take into account pharmaceutical and economic regulations related to the drug and their evolution to inform and answer questions from healthcare professionals.

Organize your activity and share relevant information to develop synergy within the framework of teamwork.

Analyze the activity and define an action plan for a sector based on the company's strategy.

Define priorities and objectives for the visits.

Organize and lead professional communication activities and develop professional relationships where appropriate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Mastery of oral and written communication techniques.
• My proficiency in WORD, Excel, POWERPOINT, and email tools.
