Job description: Reach out to potential members through wide-ranging methods, which includes but is not limited to calls & field visits
Turn potential members into confirmed members by booking appointments, conducting need analysis, club visit & follow-up
Promote sales through payment plans and seasonal memberships specials
Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through member promotions, community outreach & proactive referral seeking
Skillfully sell personal training packages & gear shop products, including MyZone
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals & ancillary service goals
Renew memberships of existing members
Cover reception as per designated hours
Requirements:

• Communication & Customer Service Skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in sales & customer service
