الأدوار والمسؤوليات

1 Project Supervision

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
    Monitor daily activities and allocate resources effectively to meet project schedules.

2 Installation and Maintenance

  • Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
    Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing installations.

3 Team Management

  • Lead and mentor MEP technicians, providing on-the-job training when needed.
    Maintain discipline and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

4 Problem Solving

  • Quickly address and troubleshoot any issues related to MEP systems during construction or maintenance.
    Collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions.

5 Resource Management

  • Ensure efficient use of materials and tools to minimize wastage.
    Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.

Education and Certification

  1. Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) engineering or related fields.

Experience

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP works, including installation, maintenance, and supervision.

Technical Skills

  1. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing installations.
  2. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  3. Proficient in using tools and equipment relevant to MEP systems.

Leadership and Management

  1. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technicians.
    Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  2. Quick thinking and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
    Strong analytical skills to assess project needs and propose efficient solutions.

Communication

  1. Clear and professional communication skills to interact with team members, contractors, and clients.
    Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is preferred; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
  2. Personal AttributesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
    Physically fit and able to work in challenging environments.
    Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements

  1. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
