MEP Manager

This role is suitable for professionals with strong experience in construction and MEP project management.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise all MEP works on-site.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Technical Supervision

• Monitor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks.

• Resolve technical issues during project execution.

Team & Site Coordination

• Lead MEP engineers and site teams.

• Coordinate with civil and structural departments.

• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.

Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.

• Monitor expenses and control project costs.

• Review contractor invoices and payment approvals.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety policies.

• Maintain documentation and compliance records.

• Implement quality control procedures.
