Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify MEP material and service requirements.
- Source potential suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and make recommendations based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Create and manage purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Monitor and track procurement activity to identify potential cost savings and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies in MEP procurement.

1. Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
2. Proficiency in procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and vendor management

5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
6. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding procurement processes
