MEP Tender Engineer

Prepare a detailed survey for the main and sub-materials for the tendering phase.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine material requirements.
Responsible for preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities (BoQs).
Internal stakeholder coordination

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Draftsman knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel
Strong command of English and Arabic.

Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Knowledge of construction methods and material analysis.
