Provide coaching and support to the teams

Managing the skills and career development of your team

Organize and lead professional meetings and communication at a frequency adapted to the team's activity.

Conducting development interviews (EPDP) with team members in line with matrix manager evaluations

Improve team efficiency by implementing a strategy that promotes participatory innovation.

Identify the critical/strategic resources or skills necessary for the job.

Contribute to defining the vision of the evolution of one's profession and share it with one's teams.
