Methods and industrialization:

• Define and optimize manufacturing and machining processes
• Prepare manufacturing and quality control documentation
• Choosing the means of production, tools and assemblies
• Participating in the industrialization of new products

Mechanical engineering:

• Analyze the plans and specifications
• Designing or adapting tooling, fixtures and jigs
• Use CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, etc.)

Machining:

• Define machining strategies (turning, milling, CNC)
• Optimize cutting parameters
• Improve cycle times and part quality

Technical support for workshops

Machine programming:

• Programming CNC machine tools (CITIZEN, ...)
• Testing, validating and fine-tuning the programs in the workshop
• Train and assist the operators if necessary

Continuous improvement:

• Implement Lean / continuous improvement actions
• Analyze non-conformities and propose corrective actions

Technical skills:

• Mechanical engineering and blueprint reading
• Machining processes (turning, milling, CNC)
• Machine tool programming
• CAO / FAO
• Industrial methods and industrialization
• Knowledge of materials and treatments
