The client is seeking a strong>senior-level Microsoft Power Platform Developer/strong> to support the design, development, and optimization of low-code and no-code solutions that power operational workflows, analytics, and reporting. This role will contribute to building scalable applications, automations, and dashboards that support the organizations digital transformation efforts.

This is a strong>part-time, remote role (20 hours per week)/strong>, ideal for an experienced developer who can operate independently and deliver production-ready solutions with minimal supervision.

strong>Key Responsibilities/strong>

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Build and optimize Power Automate flows to standardize processes, automate approvals, and reduce manual effort.
• Automate complex approval workflows across departments.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility and report-ready visuals.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, scalability, and governance.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft licensing for organizational users, ensuring correct assignment, optimization, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide ongoing technical support as required.
• Provide support, training, and documentation for end users, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
• Integrate different data sources to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
