الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Conduct studies to develop mining and extraction methods
  • Conduct preliminary studies on the ore to assess the economic and environmental feasibility of future mining operations.
  • To determine safe and effective methods for exploiting mineral deposits, to put them into practice and to coordinate them
  • Determine the appropriate blasting methods for mining operations and provide advice on these methods.
  • To plan, organize and supervise the development of quarry faces, their structures and their maintenance
  • Plan the necessary infrastructure work for the operation and/or expansion of the quarry faces
  • Perform the calculations of slaughter and raw material extraction costs
  • develop firing plans
  • Prepare cost estimates for explosive blasting plans, execution schedules, and blasting reports.
  • Ensuring consistent quality production over time
  • Make, if necessary, any corrections to the operating procedure.
  • Decide, if necessary, in agreement with the Operations Manager and/or the Unit Director, on the cessation of drilling or quarrying activities (TVC)
