Requirements:

• 5–10 years of hospitality sales experience (luxury cruise experience preferred)

• Proven track record in luxury travel sales and revenue growth

• Excellent professional reputation and strong interpersonal skills

• Established network and knowledge of partners/key accounts

• Strong planning, organizational, and budgeting skills

• Effective negotiation and persuasive communication abilities

• Fluent in Japanese and English

• Technically proficient with reservation and CRM platforms (Versonix, Seaware, Salesforce preferred)

• US Green Card or passport required
