Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in English, Education, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience, preferably with IB MYP curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of IB MYP framework and assessment criteria for literature.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage middle school students effectively.
• Ability to design creative lesson plans that foster critical thinking and literary analysis.
• Proficient classroom management skills ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Competence in integrating technology into teaching practices.
