- Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, tailored to each client's preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following health and safety protocols to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- Consult with clients to understand their nail care goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Stay updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services that attract a diverse clientele.
- Perform nail art and designs with precision and creativity, ensuring high-quality finishes that exceed client expectations.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance to promote long-term nail health and foster client loyalty.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize time and ensure a smooth flow of clients throughout the day.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and security of client information.
- Promote retail products and services to clients, enhancing their experience and contributing to salon sales goals.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance skills and stay competitive in the evolving beauty industry.
