Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive Natural Stone Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to lead the promotion of Nizwa Stone, a premium Omani natural flagstone variety widely used in parks, farmhouses, gardens, landscapes, and municipal developments across the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in both private and public sector projects. Market Focus The candidate will primarily target: Municipal Authorities & Government Projects: Public parks, walkways, landscaping, and beautification initiatives. Private Developers & Contractors: Villas, farmhouses, residential landscapes, and commercial outdoor flooring projects. Architects, Consultants & Designers: Key decision-makers in material selection for construction and landscaping. Landscape & Construction Companies: Firms specializing in outdoor design and execution. Distributors & Building Material Traders: Expanding reach through retail and wholesale channels in the UAE. Key Duties & Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients in the UAE’s construction and landscaping sectors. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with contractors, developers, architects, and municipal authorities. Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Marketing & Promotion: Organize promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives to showcase Nizwa Stone. Product Advocacy: Educate clients on the durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness of Nizwa Stone compared to alternatives. Tender Participation: Monitor and participate in government tenders and large-scale development projects. Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and provide feedback to management. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights. Why Join Us? الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing within construction, building materials, or landscaping industries. Strong network with contractors, developers, and municipal authorities in the UAE. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings and site visits.
