Network Activation & Merchandising Agent

Detailed responsibilities.  

Merchandising & visibility

• Install and maintain marketing materials (posters, stickers, POS displays)
• Ensure optimal visibility of Gifty at the point of sale
• Ensure compliance with brand standards

Commercial activation

• Train the point of sale on the use of the Gifty solution
• Explain the commercial advantages and current offers
• Encourage activation and regular use of the platform

Monitoring & performance

• Conduct daily field tours
• Monitor the activity of points of sale (active / inactive)
• Identify the obstacles to use and propose solutions

Reporting

• Reporting on visits (photos + comments) via internal tools
• Report anomalies, needs or opportunities on the ground
• Provide regular reporting to management

Network development

• Identify and recruit new potential points of sale
• Participate in expanding the network of partners

• First field experience or experience appreciated
• Good interpersonal skills and a knack for connecting with people
• Autonomy, dynamism and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under objectives
• Motorcycle license preferred

Conditions

• 100% field work in Algiers and surrounding areas
• Frequent travel
• Motorcycle provided by the company
