Job duties include but are not limited to:
The function is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining an organization's computer networks and operating systems (Windows + Linux). This function also includes to ensure the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure while providing technical support to resolve network-related and end-user issues.
Network Administration:
  • Install, configure, and maintain network appliances, including switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Evaluates and proposes technical security solutions and technologies by working with vendors and other support teams
  • Assist with user account management in Windows Active Directory, permissions, and access control.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers
  • Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
  • Handles all the management of mail servers, SAN storage and Load balancers
  • Manages the VPN + point-to-point connections and coordinate with service providers
  • Resolves process related issues to provided services
  • Manage server s backup
  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure network performance and security.
  • Effective communication skills are also crucial for interacting with team members and non-technical staff.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers
  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Linux.
  • Write and maintain scripts for system maintenance, automation of tasks, and integration of systems.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Required Qualification:
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science.
  • Certification in Networking is required (CCNA and MCSE) is an added value.
  • Linux certifications (Red Hat Certified System Administrator) is an added value.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network admin role.
Required Professional Skills:
  • Network configuration and management
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security.
  • Router, switch, firewall, and access point setup
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN knowledge
  • Windows Server and Linux/Unix administration
  • Active Directory and Group Policy management
  • Network monitoring and performance tuning
  • Troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues
  • Network security implementation (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
  • Backup and disaster recovery planning
  • Technical support and helpdesk experience
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Understanding of compliance and IT policies
  • Project and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Communication and teamwork
  • Knowledge of cloud networking (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (optional)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
