Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of enterprise network infrastructure using SolarWinds NPM, NCM, and NTM, as well as tools like Zabbix, Nagios, and Splunk.
• Utilize SolarWinds NPM for real-time network performance monitoring, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or outages.
• Manage network configurations and compliance using SolarWinds NCM, including automated backups, configuration audits, and policy enforcement.
• Create and update network topology maps with SolarWinds NTM to ensure accurate network documentation and visibility.
• Conduct deep network traffic and protocol analysis using tools like Wireshark, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Develop monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports to support proactive network management and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the network is secure, optimized, and aligned with business needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of monitoring configurations, incident resolutions, and network topology.
• Participate in incident response, change management, and on-call rotation for critical network events
