الأدوار والمسؤوليات

On a daily basis:

  • Create medical records and organize annual and enhanced visits
  • To welcome and take care of employees for routine and emergency care by following the care protocols validated by the doctor, and in compliance with the rules of prescription;
  • Organize, prepare and assist the doctor during consultations: planning visits and organizing appointments, carrying out additional examinations (video tests, audiograms, ECGs, samples, biological analyses, etc.)
  • Ensure regular reporting of workplace accidents/incidents and occupational illnesses
  • Ensure the supply and management of the pharmacy and first aid kits.
  • Participate in workplace initiatives (inspection programs, occupational risk prevention, awareness campaigns, job analyses, workstation design, etc.)
  • Management of the contract and sickness and work accident files, and analysis of consumption rates and monitoring of health indicators.
  • Recording HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) deviations on the tool and monitoring action plans.
  • Management of psychological support services.
  • Manage the EVREST questionnaires and contribute to compliance with the Occupational Health standard

Holder of a nursing diploma with initial experience in the industrial sector, possessing the following skills:
