Occupational Health Physician (Temporary)

As a temporary occupational physician, you will be responsible for:

• To prevent any deterioration in the health of employees due to their work, to organize and monitor individual and collective prevention and screening actions in accordance with social regulations and current health guidelines.
• To conduct pre-employment, periodic and return-to-work visits.
• Advising management and staff on hygiene, protection against workplace accidents and hazards, and adaptation to workstations.
• Contributing to the improvement of working conditions: physical environment, work methods and tools, layout of workspaces (offices, factories, shops) and social spaces (restaurant, changing rooms, sanitary facilities)
• Contribute to the assessment and prevention of occupational risks;
• Raising employee awareness of health risks,
• Providing first aid in case of emergency or accident
• Keep up-to-date staff medical records, fitness certificates, and occupational risk assessments.
• Prepare the annual report
• Respect and enforce the Sews Cabind Morocco Code of Ethics
