We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Off-Plan Sales Officer to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan residential and commercial properties to local and international investors. This role requires exceptional sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital marketing channels
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for prospective buyers
- Guide clients through the entire off-plan purchase process from initial inquiry to contract signing
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
Product & Market Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all assigned off-plan projects including floor plans, specifications, pricing, and payment plans
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
- Understand and communicate investment potential, ROI, and rental yields to clients
- Conduct comparative market analyses to position properties competitively
Client Relationship & Service
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agents
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey and beyond
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and process sales documentation, contracts, and agreements accurately
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Marketing Support
- Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotional materials
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to generate leads and promote properties
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking functions
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in real estate, preferably in off-plan property sales
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a strong advantage - Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Chinese, etc.)
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property valuation
- Ability to explain payment plans, mortgage options, and investment returns
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and property pitches
- Results-driven with strong work ethic and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Multilingual capabilities
- Existing network of high-net-worth individuals or investors
- Knowledge of international real estate investment regulations
- Professional real estate certifications or designations
- Experience with luxury or premium property segments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
