- Set up and adjust offset printing machines to ensure print quality meets specifications, including ink distribution, pressure, and color registration.
- Monitor the printing process in real-time to identify and resolve issues, ensuring consistent production flow and high-quality output.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime and extend machine life.
- Collaborate with the prepress team to interpret job orders and ensure accurate preparation of printing plates and materials.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in printing technology is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating offset printing machines in a commercial printing environment.
- Familiarity with digital and offset printing processes, including knowledge of various ink types and substrates.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications accurately.
