JOB CONTENT:

Contribute to the activities of Asset Services Section through the identification and collection of the relevant related baseline condition data, using retained local technical knowledge, and reporting systems

Description:

• Assist with development of Asset Services Framework, Strategies, Objectives, Plans, and Asset Risk Register.
• Manage the annual maintenance plan for asset monitoring maintenance
• Assist with the development of best practice asset management standards for specific asset services of On-Line Condition Monitoring System
• Reviews asset services system performance, monitors, and reports
• Ensure managing the whole life cycle of On-Line Monitoring Assets.
• Ensure proper commissioning of monitoring devices and integration of new monitoring devices with the coordination with SCADA & telecom team.
• Ensure fulfillment of all cyber security best practices in the On-Line Monitoring System related equipment and devices
• Ensure fulfillment of all ICT best practices in the On-Line Monitoring System related equipment and devices
• Integrate online monitoring systems with existing infrastructure
• Configure hardware and software settings, including sensors, gateways, and communication protocols
• Test and validate data transmission from field devices to central platforms
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure compatibility and data integrity
• Perform periodic system communication health checks and updates
• Analyze real-time data for faults or anomalies and escalate when needed
• Contribute to the preparation of business and work plans to achieve technical deliverables
• Contributes to the preparation of asset management plans for on-Line Monitoring assets including site assets.
• Review and maintain critical spares requirement
• Contributes to continuous improvement and innovation in asset monitoring.
• Provides input to Asset Performance Management section that will anticipate reliability-related, and current asset health-related risks that could adversely impact key asset operation.
• Works with considered departments to perform commissioning / inspection of On-Line Monitoring Assets including site assets.
• Adhere to the Company s health, safety, environmental and security policies always and immediately report violations of these policies to OETC health, safety & environment representatives;
• Knowledge and Understanding of the Asset Management, HSE Management System and IT Security Standard Requirements according to ISO55001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and ISO 27001 to carry out the assigned duties as per the roles and responsibilities matrix.
