You will work on projects that require clarity, teamwork and good judgement. Daily tasks include content planning, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring content meets regulatory and quality standards. You will balance multiple workstreams and support launches and routine business needs. You will act as a content subject matter expert and single point of contact for local content decisions.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Define content strategy that supports the development of purposeful content, personalized as per local HCP needs/preferences
- Guide on the LOC specific nuances for development of relevant push & pull content based on campaign and brand objectives, content pillars and HCP needs to establish connection across the Omnichannel (OC) ecosystem
- Provide guidance on designing the right content for the customer journeys, leveraging relevant global or local content for each touchpoint
- Partner with marketing, medical, compliance and agencies to align content, secure approvals, and maintain quality.
- Use content analytics to measure performance and iterate content based on insights.
- Maintain content governance, tagging standards, and editorial guidelines.

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, marketing, communications, advertising or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy, content management, marketing communications or related roles.
- Experience creating content for omnichannel campaigns and managing content calendars.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside medical, compliance or regulatory teams.
- Practical experience using content analytics or web analytics to inform decisions.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly valued.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or B2B industries.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (for example Salesforce, Veeva, SFMC).
- Experience with content management systems, digital asset management or tagging frameworks.
- Formal training or certification in digital marketing, content strategy or analytics.
- Experience working with creative agencies and external vendors.
- Postgraduate degree in marketing, communications or related discipline.
