Team Development - Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff.

Performance Monitoring - Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Inventory Accuracy - Use WMS systems and maintain accurate records.

Budgeting and Cost Control - Develop and manage operational budgets.

Equipment Oversight - Supervise safe use and maintenance of warehouse machinery.

Coordination- Collaborate with logistics, transport, and customer teams.

Issue Resolution- Resolve operational issues promptly.

Planning Participation - Attend and contribute to operational planning meetings.

Cost Management - Assist in managing labor and operational expenses.

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
