Key Responsibilities

• Perform account opening and account maintenance activities for Retail, Elite, GPB (Islamic and Conventional), and SME Islamic segments
• Handle NHL and CCQ data entry in line with operational procedures
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions and adherence to internal guidelines
• Maintain high-quality standards to support operational efficiency and service excellence
• Safeguard financial and reputational integrity by following compliance and control requirements
• Support daily operational workflows and assist in meeting business expectations
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a supportive and productive work environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of back-office processes and documentation accuracy
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion within service-level expectations
• Promote a strong team spirit and motivation within the operations unit
