We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment operations, client servicing, coordination, MIS reporting, and administrative support for a fast-growing recruitment and staffing firm serving international (GCC / Middle East) clients based in India.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams, and accurate reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations & Coordination
- Support end-to-end recruitment operations including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and status tracking
- Coordinate between recruiters, clients, and candidates to ensure smooth hiring processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers, client requirements, and candidate databases
Client Servicing
- Act as a support point for existing clients, ensuring timely communication and service delivery
- Handle client documentation, contracts, job descriptions, and recruitment updates
- Assist senior team members in managing ongoing client relationships
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to recruitment activity, closures, and performance
- Track KPIs, client requirements, pipeline status, and productivity reports
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to senior management
Admin & Management Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior management
- Manage internal documentation, reports, presentations, and data records
- Assist in coordination of meetings, reviews, and internal communication
Website & Social Media (Added Advantage)
- Update basic content on the company website (job postings, service pages, announcements)
- Assist in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) for hiring posts, company updates, and branding
- Coordinate with marketing or external vendors when required
Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment operations, HR operations, or staffing coordination
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and handling operational data
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

- Experience working with a Recruitment / Placement / Staffing agency
- Exposure to client servicing or international recruitment operations
- Knowledge of CRM, ATS, or recruitment tracking systems
- Basic understanding of website updates or social media handling
- Highly organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or Management preferred)
