الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Support daily mall operations by coordinating and executing on-ground activities related to maintenance, tenant requirements, and overall centre presentation.
Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, policies, and health & safety standards across tenants, contractors, and service providers.
Act as a first point of contact for tenant operational requests (store maintenance, deliveries, fit-outs, minor works), ensuring approvals and coordination are handled efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections across the mall (public areas, back-of-house, parking, washrooms, plant rooms, etc.) to identify issues and ensure high standards are maintained.
Coordinate with internal departments (FM, Security, Cleaning, etc.) to resolve defects, maintenance issues, and operational gaps.
Monitor and track performance of soft service contractors (cleaning, security, pest control), ensuring compliance with SLAs and reporting any issues.
Issue tenant notifications for access, shutdowns, and operational disruptions, ensuring proper communication at all times.
Support fit-out and maintenance works by coordinating tenant approvals for after-hours or restricted access activities.
Assist in operational audits (HSE, Fire Safety, Security, FM), ensuring documentation is provided and findings are closed on time.
Support procurement processes by obtaining quotations for minor works and preparing documentation for approvals.
Assist in improving customer experience metrics (NPS, mystery shopping scores) through operational improvements.
Report system defects and maintenance issues to FM and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on operational performance and issues.
Support cost control initiatives and ensure operations align with approved budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, facilities, hospitality, or a similar environment.
Strong on-ground operational experience with the ability to handle real-time issues in a fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating with tenants, contractors, and internal teams in a structured operational setting (mall experience preferred).
Good understanding of health & safety standards and operational compliance.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and act quickly.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage tenant expectations and operational coordination.
Ability to conduct inspections, identify issues, and follow through until resolution.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of cost control, procurement processes, and contractor coordination is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with reporting and tracking systems.
