Job Position Operations Executive

Who can manage homecare staff with authority and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate:
Very strong personality can control, guide, and discipline staff when needed
Firm decision-maker with zero tolerance for unprofessional behavior
Able to handle caregivers, CNAs, nurses, and drivers effectively
Skilled in duty scheduling, staff allocation, and daily operations
Can solve problems fast and manage pressure
Experience in homecare operations is required

Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff behavior, attendance, and performance
Enforce company policies and standards
Handle client requests and coordinate duties
Track timesheets, OT, and daily reports
Ensure smooth operations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah & Ajman and ras el khaymah.
