Show & Venue Operations

• Oversee the full operational flow of each performance evening from venue preparation through guest departure
• Ensure the venue is fully ready before doors open, including seating arrangements, guest areas, and operational readiness
• Supervise the execution of both nightly performances to ensure smooth timing and coordination

Guest Flow & Experience

• Manage guest arrival, seating flow, and movement throughout the venue
• Coordinate with Guest Experience and Front-of-House teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Oversee VIP arrivals, special reservations, and guest requests during the evening

Front-of-House & Service Coordination

• Work closely with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure service timing aligns with the show schedule
• Coordinate closely with the Chef and F&B leadership to maintain smooth dining and service flow during performances
• Ensure the guest experience reflects the venue s premium standards at every stage of the evening

Show Readiness & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with stage management, performers, technical teams, and front-of-house staff to ensure show readiness
• Ensure transitions between show segments, dining service, and guest movement are well managed

Operational Oversight

• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly during live service
• Maintain high standards of organization, safety, and operational discipline across the venue
• Ensure the venue operates smoothly across both nightly performances

Post-Show Operations

• Oversee guest departure flow and closing procedures at the end of each evening
• Ensure the venue is properly reset and prepared for the following day s operations
