Main tasks:
Optimization of radio and access parameters: fine-tuning of 5G RAN parameters to ensure quality of service (QoS), throughput and stability.
Analysis of network performance, capacity and configuration: monitoring of KPIs, resolution of performance problems, and sizing of the 5G network.
Optimization of coverage and interference: analysis of NR (New Radio) coverage, minimization of inter-cell and inter-band interference.
Multi-layer optimization (NSA/SA): traffic management across multiple radio layers (anchor LTE and 5G NR), improving user experience in high-density areas.
Participation in network swap, modernization or extension projects: technical support in the context of the replacement or upgrading of existing equipment.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Required technical skills:
- Proven experience in RF optimization on 5G NR networks (NSA and/or SA)
- Proficiency in RF analysis and optimization tools (e.g., Actix, TEMS, MapInfo, Atoll)
- In-depth knowledge of 5G KPIs , inter-RAT handovers, beamforming, etc.
- Experience in infrastructure swap, rollout or modernization projects
- Understanding of 3GPP standards related to 5G
Desired profile:
- Engineering degree in Telecommunications or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RF optimization, including a significant portion in 5G
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a sense of rigor
- Good technical communication skills
- My mastery of technical English
