Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products or services, and to generate interest and leads.

Qualifying leads by understanding the customer's needs, budget, and decision-making process.

Providing information about the products or services, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company and contributing to the overall revenue of the business.

A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required, and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Strong customer service skills are necessary to build rapport with customers and address their concerns.

Basic computer skills are required to enter and maintain customer information in a database, prepare reports, and use various software applications.
