Supervise the daily operations of the point of sale.
To supervise, train and motivate the team in order to maintain a high level of service quality.
To ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by effectively meeting their needs.
Ensure compliance with service, hygiene and safety standards.
Participate in the development of offers and menus in collaboration with the kitchen and the F&B management.
Managing schedules, productivity and operational costs.
Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sales, customer satisfaction, profitability).
Develop commercial actions and partnerships to increase the visibility of the outlet.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Diploma in hotel and restaurant management, business administration or equivalent field.
Proven experience in team management in the restaurant or hotel industry.
Excellent customer service and operational management skills.
Good knowledge of administrative and financial management.
Proficiency in computer tools and point-of-sale/management systems (POS).
Fluency in French and English (another language is an asset).
Natural leadership, attention to detail, dynamism and ability to inspire teams.
Results-oriented and able to work in a demanding environment.
